As described in the Value Study discussion, the value report work product provides specific recommendations to improve the value realized by project execution. rsr can also assist clients in developing action plans to implement and integrate these recommended value improvement initiatives. Our project planning and integration expertise has its genesis in methods pioneered and practiced in the venerable aerospace industry; we further employ the structured discipline codified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK). We help develop the tasking needed to plan and execute recommended initiatives, and identify resource allocations, milestones, and timelines to ensure visibility and control of project performance, cost, and schedule. Wherever appropriate, we also integrate these value improvement action plans into the overall project plan and resource strategy.
